PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to reduce a sliding conveyer to a compact size by providing a prime mover on a movable frame and supporting the movable frame only by a roller in the conveyer where the movable frame is moved by one prime mover to advance and retreat to an unloading position. CONSTITUTION:A fixed frame 2 is disposed on a floor 1, and the fixed frame 2 is provided with a pair of a lower rotatable roller 3 and an upper rack 4. A driving pulley 6 is fitted in a driving shaft 8 supported by a bearing 7 on one end of a movable frame 5. A driven pulley 9 is disposed on the other end of the movable frame 5, and an endless flexible member 10 is extended between the driven pulley 9 and the driving pulley 6. Further, a pinion 12 is fixed to the driving shaft 8 and engaged with the rack 4. The driving shaft 8 is driven by a prime mover 13 fixed to the movable frame 5. In this arrangement, the prime mover 13 is disposed on the movable frame 5, and the movable frame 5 is supported by the roller 3 to simplify the structure of a sliding conveyer and reduce the conveyer to a compact size. |
