PURPOSE:To require no battery, any more for power supply for driving a switch controller, so as to eliminate a troublesome battery exchange work, by locating a secondary light-emitting device, which transmits light energy to a secondary light-receiving device, opposite to the secondary light-receiving device. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 62 to set a light-emitting diode group 60, which is a primary light-emitting device emitting the light controlled by a signal from the switch controller of a signal transmitting device 2, is arranged on the bottom of the inner wall 22 of the column case of a rotating column 8. Further, through holes 66 are arranged along the outer circumference of the through hole 62 for setting solar cells 64, which are the secondary light-receiving device of electric power supply section of the controller. Then, the light-emitting diode group 60, a phototransistor group 68 and a miniature lamp group 70 are arranged opposite to the solar cells 64, and, the group 60 and the cells 64 are rotated when a steering wheel is turned and the miniature lamp group 70 irradiate the cells 64 through the through holes 66. |
