PURPOSE:To compensate a temperature drift of a measuring apparatus, by finding an error from an error table provided with physical magnitude sensor and temperature sensor and compiled by physical magnitude sensor value and temperature sensor value. CONSTITUTION:A measuring apparatus of a physical magnitude (Humidity) is provided with a humidity sensor 3 and further, a temperature sensor 1 for measurements of temperatures inside a measuring apparatus proper or governing in the vicinity of it. In a ROM9 of a microcomputer, an error table related to measured values of the sensor 3 and those of the sensor 1 are stored. An input from the sensor 3 is measured through an A/D convertor 4 and that from the sensor 1 through an A/D convertor 2. Further, an output Vout is issued through an I/F7 for output. By taking consideration of temperature characteristics of these convertors, etc. into the error table values, accurate temperature compensation can be available. |
