PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit configuration and to prevent an element from damaging by supplying a firing pulse only at a forward bias time with respect to a shunt thyristors connected in series between an inverter and a converter. CONSTITUTION:When power supply of a commutatorless motor 10 is controlled by a power converter in which a parallel circuit of a DC reactor 9 and a shunt thyristor 8 is connected in series between an inverter 7 and a converter 6, a firing angle regulator 1 which outputs a signal A synchronized with a firing pulse of the converter 6 and a pulse distributor 2 which generates a signal B by detecting the fact that the commutation starting time of the inverter 7 is fed are provided. The logic product of the signals C, B in which the signal A is delayed for the prescribed time is taken by an AND circuit 4, and a firing pulse is supplied to the thyristor 8 by the output signal E. |
