PURPOSE:To enable easy replacement of rollers, etc., by providing removing devices such as a stripper or a side guide on a floor surface, and by moving these devices to the central part between two sets of rolls. CONSTITUTION:A top stripper 20, a bottom stripper 21, a side guide 22, a shoot guide apron 23, etc. are provided between two sets of rolls comprising rollers 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 respectively, and said strippers and others are connected to a driving device 24 installed under a rolled plate 11. On the occasion of replacement of each of the rollers 3, 4, 5 and 6 or of rollers 7, 8, 9 and 10 or the like, a U-shaped frame 14 is moved along a beam 12 so as to move each of the strippers, guide, apron, etc. to the central part between the two sets of rolls. Thereby the replacement can be executed with ease. |
