摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the number of memory elements and to attain the use of an interlaced measurement equipment by providing a sampling device which samples the measured value at an equal interval and delivers the sample value and a measurement point controller which commands the sampling timing. CONSTITUTION:When a single measurement point is scanned by a single scan line, a sampling timing generating circuit 22 converts the luminance signal sent from a TV camera into the digital quantity ZW and records the value ZW+W to a RAM23 after adding the position information (w) given from the circuit 22 itself. A row address producing circuit 24 sends a row address of (w+ZW) to a row decoder of a RAM27 after producing it from the information (w). While a column address producing circuit 25 produces a column address from the position information of the circuit 22 and sends it to a column decoder of the RAM27. The circuit 22 sends a write signal to the RAM27 to write ''1''. Then the next measurement point is measured and this measured value is compared 26 with the contents of the RAM23. The measured value is recorded to the RAM23 is case this value is larger than the contents of the RAM23. Then ''1'' is written to the address of the RAM27. This action is carried out with all scan lines. The three- dimensional data on the position and value of measurement are projected on a two-dimensional plane with elimination of negative lines.
