PURPOSE:To prevent the medium from dropping and to make the operation control of the fluidized layer possible without requiring the separator wall by disposing a closure member at the fluid inlet to open or close a cap for respective rows when needed. CONSTITUTION:A closure member 8 is disposed at the fluid inlet for respective fluid injection caps 3. As the movement of a rod 9 in the XY direction is restrained by a movement guide slit 10, the closure member 8 descends along the movement guide slit 10 to open the fluid inlet 7. In this embodyment, since the tight contact between the closure member 8 and fluid inlet 7 is released, and the fluidizing fluid in the air chamber is discharged to the cap 3 side, the medium accumulated inside the cap while it is closed is discharged into the fluidizing layer, and hardly drops into the air chamber. This feature is same when the cap is closed. As the fluidizing fluid flows to the cap side until the closure member 8 and fluid inlet 8 contact tightly, the medium does not drop. The medium is prevented from being caught in this respect, too. Because of this, the operative volume of the fluidizing bed layer can be adjusted. |
