PURPOSE:To systemize the window work and to improve the processing accuracy and the service performance by reading the forms containing the seal impressions and handwritten characters in the form of pictures and also recognizes the characters to secure the positioning at a picture of a registered seal impression and to display the processing results. CONSTITUTION:A customer writes characters and stams a seal impression to a form 1. This form 1 is read by a picture input device 4 and stored to a picture memory 25 every time the form 1 is accepted at the window. A microprocessor 20 refers to an area definition table of form pictures stored to the memory 21 to execute processing. A picture processor 26 recognizes the handwritten characters and sends them to the processor 20. The picture of a registered seal impression read out of an optical disk 28 is collated with the picture of the memory 25 and stored to the memory 21. At the same time, a customer master, etc. are read out of a magnetic disk 27 and stored to the memory 21. When a clerk at the window operates a keyboard 22, the collation result of seal impressions, the handwritten data, etc. are read out of the memory 21 and displayed to a display 23. In such a way, the window work is systemized to improve the processing accuracy and the service performance. |
