<p>PURPOSE:To improve the document producing efficiency by displaying the detailed information on an area to be corrected and indicated by a cursor at a display area different from a data display area where a document is displayed and giving corrections to the document. CONSTITUTION:A processing part 30 discriminates that an area 43, for example, has the data attribute of a flag from the position coordinate value of a cursor and the document constitution data of a window memory part 35 by the cursor indication and the open command of a subwindow. Then the part 30 drives a display control part 36 according to an application program for flag production and displays the internal data on the area 43 to a subwindow 46. The source data of the graph is displayed at the subwindow 46. The graph ratio can be easily changed by correcting the desired data. Thus the contents of the data to be corrected can be corrected by means of the subwindow 46. BAsed on the corrected data, the corresponding area of the document constitution data is written in response to the subwindow 46.</p> |
