<p>PURPOSE:To record exactly and automatically only a part which is desired to record of a broadcast by controlling the start and stop of recording by a control signal from a broadcasting station. CONSTITUTION:Immediately before the next program 16 is started, a program start control signal 15 is transmitted and received. This signal is applied to a controlling circuit 12, by which a mechanism 13 for driving a magnetic tape is switched to an REC-PLAY state, the magnetic tape starts to run,and recording is started. When an end control signal 17 is transmitted and received as soon as the program 16 is ended, it is operated so that the mechanism 13 is switched to an REC-PAUSE state. As a result, the running of the magnetic tape is stopped, and the recording is stopped. In this way, only a part extending from the time when the start control signal is transmitted from a broadcasting station to the time when the end control signal is transmitted is recorded automatically.</p> |
