PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation to perform measurement with very high precision by constituting a supporting ring and a flapper of an intermediate structure body into one body with a nonmagnetic metallic plate and forming a supporting base of a coil bobbin with the same material as this metal. CONSTITUTION:A supporting ring 102 and a flapper 106 constituting an intermediate structure body 100 are constituted into one body with the normally elastic nonmagnetic metallic plate consisting of a cobalt-nickel alloy or the like. The supporting base (omitted in the figure) of a bobbin 114 of a coil 112 is formed with the same materials as the flapper 106, and the position of the connection between a winding and a conductor which feeds the coil 112 is arranged on the line connecting centers of two hinge parts 104 of the flapper 106. Upper and lower magnet structure bodies 30a and 30b constituting a stator are not directly brought into contact with a holding ring 50 but are brought into contact with it through a pedestal 44. Thus, deformation due to differences among materials of individual parts is prevented, and deflection of the flapper is corrected. |
