PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of the fitting part by furnishing a fitting member with an inner and an outer cylinder, and by allowing them to pinch the end of the torsion bar body. CONSTITUTION:A torsion bar is furnished with fitting parts in metal 2, 2 at the ends of its body, and the end of each fitting part 2 undergoes a serration processing or is provided with a turn stopper 3. An inner cylinder 4 is formed consolidated with the torsion bar body 1, and an outer cylinder 5 is installed outside the inner cylinder 4. These inner and outer cylinder 4, 5 pinch the end part 1a of the torsion bar body 1 to ensure fast fitting, which will well enhance the strength of the fitting parts of torsion bar. |
