PURPOSE:To use the titled jig for working of various erasing heads by constituting it so that a center hole position can be moved freely by replacing a spacer. CONSTITUTION:In order to form a structure for varying easily a height R and the overall height of a product, a center hole 14 is formed to a structure separated from a body, and a center adhusting jig 15 provided with the center hole 14 is formed to a structure clamped and fixed by a bolt 17 by placing a spacer 16 between them. In this case, it is known that the overall height of the product and the height R can correspond freely to each other by changing a position of the center hole 14, by utilizing a fact that they are determined by a distance extending from a position of the center hole 14 to a whetstone. When a thickness (t)mm. of the spacer 16 is varied, the position of the center hole 14 is also varied simultaneously, therefore, even in case when the overall height of the product and the height R have been changed, other parts can be used as they are by changing only the spacer 16. In this way, a big merit is obtained in respect of a cost or a schedule, too, also the jig is standardized, etc., and the management is executed easily. |
