PURPOSE:To prevent film peeling during handling by forming an adhesive layer between a cover film and an antitack resin film so as to render the adhesion of the adhesive layer weaker than the adhesion between the antitack resin film and a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The antitack resin film is formed on the surface of the photosensitive layer formed on a support, and the adhesive layer having lower adhesion than that between the antitack resin film and the photosensitive layer, and further, the adhesive film are covered with the cover film. It is preferable to use a resin a little less soluble than the photosensitive layer for forming the antitack film. The presence of the adhesive layer between the film and the antitack resin film permits peeling at the circumference and the whole face to be perfectly prevented during handling and cutting, and the film to be bonded to the antitack resin film perfectly in pressure bonding, hence, poor pressure adhesion, occurrence of offgrade products, and fluctuation of sensitivity to be prevented, and storage stability to be enhanced. |
