PURPOSE:To stick an Al pipe material fast to a member made of Fe by fitting a pipe material made of Fe inside of which is made rough to an unweldable pipe material such as Al etc. from outside, and after expanding from inside of the Al pipe or fastening from outside of the Fe pipe material, welding a member made of Fe to the Fe pipe material. CONSTITUTION:The pipe material made of Fe 3 inner face of which is roughened by forming minute unevenness using a cutting tool etc. is fitted to outer peripheral face of the pipe material 1 made of Al from outside. Then, inside expansion is made to press inner face of the pipe material made of Al 1 or the pipe material made of Fe 3 is pressed from outside by outside fastening and the Al pipe material 1 and Fe pipe material 3 are stuck strongly. Then, a supporting member 2 made of Fe of the same quality with the Fe pipe material is welded 5 to the Fe pipe material 3. Thus, the pipe material and supporting member made of unweldable Al and Fe can be stuck strongly. |
