PURPOSE:To improve the workability without affecting welding and painting by incorporating a water-insoluble water absorbing resin into a solvent mixture composed of water, water-soluble polyhydric alcohol and/or oxyalkylene ether thereof at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The solvent mixture is prepd. by mixing the water, the polyhydric alcohol such as glycol and triole and a mixture composed of two kinds thereof and/or the oxyalkylene ether of the polyhydric alcolol at (99-40):(1-60) mixing ratio. The water-insoluble water absorbing resin formed by polymerizing starch or cellulose, a water-soluble monomer and/or a monomer which is made water-soluble by hydrolysis and crosslinking agent as essential components is incorporated into such solvent mixture at 0.01-10wt% ratio by the weight of the solvent mixture. The catalyst medium is thus made safe and clean and no influences are given to a test material and welding, painting, etc. of the test material. The workability is thereby improved. |
