PURPOSE:To provide a wiper blade with a wide wiping area of a degree close to 180 deg. by shaping the head of a wiper arm in the divided form of an arm head part serving for supporting the wiper blade and another arm head part serving for driving the wiper blade. CONSTITUTION:A wiper arm 32 which is connected to a wiper driving shaft has an arm head consisting of a primary arm head 33, which is a supporting means for a wiper blade, and a secondary arm head, which is a driving means for said blade. The transmission of turning force from the secondary arm head 30 to the primary arm head 33 is performed via a pin 44. A gear part 46 is provided for the primary arm head 33 and is to be engaged with a fixed guide gear 47 which is concentrically disposed with a wiper driving shaft. When the primary arm head 33 is turned by the secondary arm head 30 via a pin 44, the arm head 33 will then the bent at the point of the pin 44 so that when the wiper blade reaches a turning end, the wiper blade may come to a position parallel to the corresponding side part of a window glass. |
