PURPOSE:To increase the color-developing concentration of a heat-sensitive recording body remarkably by applying heat to the heat-sensitive recording body by a heating resistor element group and projecting heat radiant rays in a noncontacting manner. CONSTITUTION:Heat is applied to a heat-sensitive recording body by a heating resistor element group 1 to form a picture. The heat-sensitive recording body is given radiant heat by a heat radiation source projecting heat radiant rays in a noncontacting manner. When radiant heat from a heating element at 200 deg.C or higher is projected for several sec in the noncontacting manner at that time, no texture develops color, and an effect that only the concentration of the picture is increased is acquired. It is preferable that flash beams are projected. When heat radiant rays belong to flash beams, only a picture section absorbs heat or beams and a suddedn temperature rise is observed, and a temperature hardly rises in a non-picture section because the non-picture section does not absorb heat or beams. |
