PURPOSE:To reduce the chip size of an integrated circuit and to improve the capacity by providing a voltage follower circuit between an output terminal and an error detecting circuit and applying the output terminal voltage to the error detecting circuit in the state where power is supplied from a main power source. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage control circuit 13 of the integrated circuit for stabilized power supply stabilizes a non-stabilized voltage Vin from an input terminal 16 to output a certain voltage from an output terminal 17. A voltage follower circuit 14 is an amplifier circuit subjected to 100% feedback, and an error detecting circuit 15 to which the output voltage of the circuit 14 is impressed consists of an amplifier circuit 37, etc., and the variation of an output voltage Vout adjusts the output voltage of this amplifier circuit 37 through feedback resistances 34 and 35 to control an output transistor (TR)18. Since a TR31 of the voltage follower circuit 14 is a PNP TR, it becomes a diode having reverse base, emitter, and collector directions and is biased reverse, and the current path to the earth or an input terminal 16 is stopped. |
