This apparatus comprises a vertical pipe 5 of height greater than that of a kerb element, equipped with a bottom 6 and with a slot 7 extending above this bottom 6 over part of the height of the pipe 5. It also comprises an arm 8 extending laterally from the upper end of the slot 7 of the vertical pipe 5 and defining with the latter a profile corresponding substantially to the profile of the kerb element to be connected. The arm 8 is forced towards the tube 5 by a spring 10. The apparatus is placed in a straddling position between two kerb elements and is connected to a pump for injecting mortar through the pipe 5. The mortar 11 is injected under pressure and is spread through the slot 7 inside the space defined between the two pipes 5, 8 and the kerbs 2 in order to form the joint between these kerbs.
