PURPOSE:To obtain a speed servo circuit which does not produce a normal deviation by outputting a speed deviation signal which has a polarity corresponding to the polarity of a speed deviation at every rotating period of a rotation signal and a pulse width corresponding to the speed deviation amount. CONSTITUTION:A rotary signal SM obtained from rotation signal generating means 2 and a reference signal SREF are supplied to signal forming means 11 to form a speed deviation signal S1 having a pulse width corresponding to the rotating speed deviation of a motor 1 for the reference frequency. The signal S1 is supplied together with a reference clock CKa to signal forming means 13, and a speed deviation signal S2 having a polarity corresponding to the polarity of the speed deviation at every period of the signal SM and a pulse width corresponding to the speed deviation amount is formed. The signal S2 is further supplied to signal forming means 14, and the DC level of a motor control voltage VCTL is controlled in response to the pulse width and the polarity of the signal S2. |
