发明名称 WATER LEVEL SETTING PROCESS IN HOT WATER FEEDING DEVICE FOR BATH
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a simple structure and make a uniform volume of hot water without any relation to a volume of remained hot water by a method wherein an amount of hot water befoe and after feeding of hot water for a bath tub is calculated in response to an amount of variation in hot water temperature and an amount of hot water corresponding to a difference between the actual hot water volume and the desired volume. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid valve 22 is opened under an operation of a remote control unit 28, bath temperature setting knob 33, hot water volume setting knob 34 and an automatic switch 32, a hot water feeder 2 is operated to cause a burner 5 to be ignited and then a hot water of appropriate predetermined temperature is flowed from a bath hot water feeding pipe 20 to return pipe 15. A measurement of flow rate of auxiliary wager is initiated with a flow rate sensor 21, the hot water is branched to a heat exchanger 12 and then fed to a bath tube 19. When the amount is reached to the desired value, the solenoid valve 22 is closed, the hot water feeder 2 is stopped to operate, and a forced circulation caused by a pump 16 is detected at 17 and a burner 13 is ignited. With this arrangement, a volume of hot water can be made constant without any relation with the volume of remained hot water.
