In screwed joints, in particular those for handles on sanitary fittings, the invention proposes a securing and insulating body, produced from insulating material, which, on the one hand, can be inserted and held securely against rotation in a part of the screwed joint by a polygon and, on the other hand, has an end face enlarged to correspond to a screw head, on which spring tongues resting against the screw head are formed approximately parallel to the screw axis to provide a safeguard against rotation, the body having a through hole for a screw shank.
