PURPOSE:To objectively correct the injection conditions by a method wherein the injection pressure is increased or decreased so that the minimum value of gap lies within the range of the set value, when the minimum value of gap increase or decreases beyond the range of the set value during shots. CONSTITUTION:A gap measuring device 7 to measure a minute gap between a mold mounting platen 1 and a mold 2 is provided so as to memorize the measured value of minimum gap developed during the process to fill molten material in a mold cavity. If the minimun value of gap decreases at more than one shot successively so as to fall beyond the range of the set value, the set value of injection pressure at the following shot is lowered. On the contrary, if the minimum value of gap increases at more than one shot successively so as to fall beyond the range of the set value, the set value of injection pressure at the following shot is raised. |
