PURPOSE:To obtain a receiver preventing the reproduction of an input signal from an external input terminal blocked unnecessarily by designating the channel and time zone so as to reserve the inhibition of the reception of a television broadcast. CONSTITUTION:A reservation microcomputer 15 executes the normal program reservation and also executes the reception inhibit reservation of a program. That is, when the inhibit reservation is applied, the computer 15 stores the inhibit reservation time zone and an inhibit reservation channel and when a tuner 1 selects the inhibit reservation channel, a blanking signal and a muting signal are generated. An inside/outside switching microcomputer 17, however, controls a video signal switching circuit 3 and an audio signal switching circuit 8, and also controls gate circuits 14, 16 to block the blanking and muting at the selection of an external video signal and an external audio signal. |
