PURPOSE:To form reliably a through hole conductor in a green sheet without causing a failure of a through hole in the green sheet, a cutaway of the through hole conductor and the like. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 13 is formed in a green sheet 12 formed on a carrier film 11 and moreover, a conductive paste 14 is applied in the hole 12 and this hole is baked to form a through hole conductor. In this case, a circular cutting edge 18 formed on the point of a cylindrical cutter pin 15 is applied to the sheet 12 formed on the film 11 and at the same time, the pressure in the pin 15 is turned into a negative pressure and a slice 16 cut into a circular form of the sheet 11 is sucked in the pin 15. Thereby, the hole 13 is formed only in the sheet 12 without penetrating the film 11 and after that, the paste 14 is applied in the hole 13. |
