PURPOSE:To enlarge the sectional area for ventilation, decrease the dead space, improve the sound absorption effect and enable the natural lighting by a method wherein a ventilating port is provided at the top part of a building, the entilating port is covered by a ventilating hood which is protruded upward from the top part. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular ventilating port 36 is provided at the top part 34 of a building 32. The ventilating port 36 is covered with a ventilating hood 38 protruded upward from the top part 34. A plate material 48 has a large surface area than the ventilating port 36. A sound absorption layer 52 forms an air intaking chamber 56 with the plate material 48 under the ventilating port, and the layer 52 is provided between the plate material 48 and the ventilating port 36. The sound absorption layer 52 is formed of many sound absorption pipe 58. A high temperature air at the top part 34 of the building is flowed in horizontal direction through the sound absorption layer 52, introduced to the air intaking chamber 56, then exhausted to outside through the ventilating hood 38. By said structure, the sound absorption layer 52 is arranged at longitudinal direction of the top part 34, accordingly, the dead space can be decreased. The plate material 48 is formed by a glass. |
