Thrusting massage prosthesis (for the genital region) for the physical and mental satisfaction of women and men, particular in cases of impotence, physical disability, age-related weakness or occasional physical weakness, in which the thrusting massage prosthesis comprising two displaceable tubular cylinders for accommodation of the penis can execute, while being fastened by three fastening straps around the body of the man, slow or very fast thrusting massaging movements during sexual intercourse by means of a small electronic, infinitely adjustable drive via a steel rope of a cable pull, even without any activity of the man or woman. As a result, an intensive, lustful sensation controllable by the drive is achieved without any energy expenditure.
