PURPOSE:To eliminate an overcurrent at output terminal shortcircuiting time by connecting one terminal of a DC bias power source of a DC/DC converter through a diode with the output terminal. CONSTITUTION:One terminal of a DC bias power source 8 is connected through a diode 11 with the positive side terminal of a smoothing filter 4. When a load 5 is shortcircuited, the voltages of the windings of an oscillation transformer 6 becomes near zero, transistors 7, 7' are turned ON by the charge stored in a capacitor 10, and an overcurrent tends to flow flow. However, since the charge of the capacitor 10 is discharged through a diode 10 to discharge to the shortcircuited load 5, the transistors 7, 7' do not turn ON, and no overcurrent flows. |
