<p>PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a long material to be conveyed and to improve the yield by simultaneously accelerating or decelerating all motors for the longest time during the shortest accelerating/decelerating time, thereby accelerating or decelerating the all motors in the optimum accelerating or decelerating time. CONSTITUTION:The conveying speed of a long material 1 is set by a speed setter 60, and input to an accelerating/decelerating speed calculator 62. The calculator 62 inputs the maximum time selected by a preferential circuit 61 of the shortest accelerating or decelerating time from accelerating or decelerating time calculators 15, 25, 45, 55, and output the signal as acceleration or deceleration signal. This signal is input together with the output signal of a tachometer generator 36 for detecting the speed of a master motor 31 to a speed regulator 63, and an armature current IA necessary to accelerate or decelerate the all motors at the accelerating or decelerating speed determined by the calculator 62 is output.</p> |
