PURPOSE:To obtain a color noise canceller easily catchable optimum point without using an expensive measuring instrument by providing two output terminals different in phase by 180 deg. in a delay circuit that delays a chroma signal by 1H. CONSTITUTION:The chroma signal is supplied to a 1 horizontal period delay circuit 4 having two output terminals different in phase by 180 deg., and at the same time supplied to an adder circuit 7. Supposing that a chroma signal same in phase with an inputted chroma signal is outputted from an output terminal (a), and a chroma signal of opposite phase to an inputted chroma signal is outputted from an output terminal (b), adjustment is made by connecting a switch 5 to the output terminal (b) side, and the output chroma signal is adjusted in level by a variable resistance 6 to make output from an adder circuit 7 minimum. When the switch 5 is changed to output terminal (a) side after completion of adjustment, an output chroma signal from which noise component is removed is obtained from the output terminal of the adder circuit 7. |
