PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in the operation of loading a wound core into a coil, by providing a drive roller which enables the core portion to be clamped between the same and the guide and feed surface of a feed belt and is movable toward and away from a wound core disposing section as well as being detachable, and a belt moving pulley which is disposed at the other end of the guide and feed surface and which is movable toward and away from a coil loading section. CONSTITUTION:A wound core 9 becomes a large circle in cross-section such that it surrounds a leg part 5. The outermost peripheral end 9a of the wound core 9 and the outer peripheral layer are clipped together by a clip member 96, and an adhesive tape 95 attached for temporary bonding is removed. The clip member 96 has a clamping part 97 for clamping the outermost peripheral end 9a, and a holding part 98 which holds the upper edge of the outermost peripheral end 9a and the upper edge of the outer peripheral layer in such a manner that they are slidable relative to each other. Thus, the clip member 96 holds the outermost peripheral edge 9a on the outer peripheral layer of the wound core 9 such that they are slidable relative to each other. A shaft 23 of a turntable 22 is removed, and a drive roller 29 is removed from a rotating shaft 64. A belt moving pulley 28 is moved along a slot 81 toward a coil loading section 11, and a guide and feed surface 31 of a feed belt 24 is thereby pivoted about a drive pulley 25 toward the coil loading section 11. |
