摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a change of a level of recording chrominance components by an ACC circuit by using the recording chrominance components after a frequency converter as an input signal to an detector for ACC, and absorbing a dispersion of an output level of a frequency converter or a low area passing filter. CONSTITUTION:When recording is executed, an output of a gain variable amplifier 1 is inputted to a detector 2 by a signal level after a frequency converter 4 and a low area passing filter 5. For this reason, even when the frequency converter 5 and the low area passing filter 5 have dispersion of a change efficiency and dispersion of an amplification degree, a change of an output level due to these is compensated by an automatic gain adjusting function of an ACC circuit, and recording chrominance components of a constant level are supplied to an adder 7. Thus, decreasing of S/N of a recording video signal can be prevented and it is not necessary to install adjusting resistance at the frequency converter 4 and the low area passing filter 5.
