PURPOSE:A fat-soluble hair cosmetic, especially useful as a hair tonic, containing a specific amount of organic acid glyceride as a hair growing agent, and exhibiting superior hair growing effect such as easy penetration into a sebum coexisting with hair follicle secreted from a sebaceous gland and easy permeation into a hair root. CONSTITUTION:A hair cosmetic containing 0.1-10wt%, preferably 1.0-10wt%, based on the total hair cosmetic, organic acid glyceride such as an organic acid monoglyceride expressed by formula I (R represents H or, preferably 2-24C, fatty acid residue of acetic acid, lauric acid, stearic acid or oleic acid, etc.; R1 represents organic acid residue, preferably residue of succinic acid or citric acid, etc.), formula II or formula III, or organic acid diglyceride expressed by formula IVor formula V as a hair growing component. EFFECT:Since the cosmetic is not catabolized by phosphofructokinase, it is effective on an alopecia due to a hormonal action and has superior energy production efficiency. |
