A ventilation device is proposed, which on the one hand both ensures the aeration at least of a room part or region but on the other hand produces a separation or screening in gas terms of this room region. This is carried out in a ventilation device (1) for ventilating rooms, with a number of outlets, by a narrow slot outlet (3) and a large number of nozzles (4, 4') being provided on a common outlet housing (2), the nozzles (4, 4') enclosing a finite angle in relation to the blowing direction of the slot outlet (3). <IMAGE>
