PURPOSE:To transmit the abnormality occurrence content to workers and maintenance men quickly and accurately by arraning a device voice-synthesizing the abnormality report content of automated facilities and portable receivers receiving the abnormality report contrent transmitted on the radio and annuoncing it. CONSTITUTION:When an abnormality occurs in various automated facilities or a message request signal REQ is entered into a central radio 13 via the direction of a worker, the output port of an input/output interface circuit 5 is set, the voice of the central radio 13 is transmitted to portable receivers 17, 18 directly or via radios 15, 16 to inform workers of the message transmission. Next, the signal inputted to the input port of a circuit 4 is checked, and if it is the signal REQ, the output port of a circuit 5 is set, and a synthesis start signal ST2 is outputted to a voice synthesis device 6. When multiple signals are received, priority is judged, and an abnormalities are encoded in the order of priority and stored in sequence. Then, the data DT are read out from the top addres and are outputted to the device 6 via the circuit 5. |
