PAPER EXHAUSTION DETECTOR OF PRINTING PRESS

PURPOSE:To provide the title detector capable of detecting the exhaustion of continuous paper and capable of reducing the involving quantity of the continuous paper to a printing press. CONSTITUTION:A deviation detection means 51 discriminating whether the position of continuous paper 14 during printing deviates from a tolerant range H is constituted of a distance detection means 20 detecting the distance in a drawing crossing direction from a predetermined position to the continuous paper 14, a deviation discriminating means 40 discriminating whether or not the distance detected by the distance detection means 20 deviates from a predetermined tolerant range H and a range setting means 30 setting the tolerant range H. A paper exhaustion judging means 52 judging the exhaustion of the continuous paper 14 on the basis of the signal from the deviation detection means 51 is provided to constitute the paper exhaustion detector 50 of a printing press.
