PURPOSE: To distribute elevator cars at substantially equal intervals so a to respond to a hall call and a car call in order to avoid bunching by calculating a bunching measuring value so as to assign an elevator car to a hall call in response to the measuring value. CONSTITUTION: A method of assigning an elevator for a hall call, comprises the steps of obtaining predicted distance intervals of adjacent elevator cars, calculating a bunching measuring value, and assigning a car to a hall call in response to a bunching measuring value. In particular, in a method of assigning an elevator car to a hall call with the use of a multiple term objection function, estimation is made such that a car for which the objective function has been calculated is assigned for a hall call which is considered to be reassigned in a main flow chart. Values of five terms, that is, a nonresponse time RRT, a predicted registration time PRT, a maximum predicted registration time maxPRT, a relative system response RSR value, an averaged bunching measuring value ABM are calculated and are them summed up. The car having a minimum value of the objective function is assigned to a hall call. |
