PURPOSE:To provide a sliced meat center-folding device capable of folding a sliced meat piece in two at its substantially central part. CONSTITUTION:The device for folding the center of a sliced meat is composed of a rotatable rotator around a central shaft (22), and sliced meat-receiving members comprising filmy members or two-foldable members spread on the peripheral surface of the rotator, one end of each sliced meat-receiving member being attached so as not to be relatively moved together with the rotation member, and the other end being attached to a member capable of being moved on the basis of the rotation member. The movable member is controlled with a folding-controlling member to fold the sliced meat-receiving member, thus folding the central part of the sliced meat. |
