PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation due to a temp. difference by forming a heat generating part and a reflecting part on both sides of a support part to obtain a reflecting mirror and by fitting the mirror to a substrate provided with an electrode so that the heat generating part connects electrically with the electrode. CONSTITUTION:The reflecting mirror is composed of the support part 20, the reflecting part 21 and the heat generating part 22, and the parts 21, 22 are formed on both sides of the part 20. The support part 20 is generally made of glass, and the reflecting part 21 is generally formed by vapor-depositing Al. The reflecting part 21 is an electric conductor. The heat generating part 22 is made of an electric resistor which generates heat by supplying electric current, and heat is generated by Joule's law. The reflecting part 21 is prevented from contacting with the heat generating part 22. |
