PURPOSE:To carry out a work for grading with one operator, by a method wherein a blade is provided with earth thickness sensors and wherein a control for comparison operation and solenoid valves for feeding and discharging pressure oil to cylinders for operating the blade are provided. CONSTITUTION:A blade 1 is provided with earth thickness sensors 34, 35 which are formed with length sensors 10, 11, cylinders 44, 45 and pressure sensors 23, 24. Then, the right and left earth thickness for the blade 1 is converted to voltage signal by the length sensors 10, 11, and the signal for output is sent to a controller 12. And when high pressure signal for input is received from the pressure sensors 23, 24, then an excitation signal to solenoid valves 15, 16 is OFF and the cylinders 44, 45 work in the shrinking direction because the cylinders 44, 45 are butted against a hard bed rock. As the result, the blade for a motor grader can be automatically controlled, and the work can be efficiently carried out. |
