摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the material which is excellent in the frequency characteristic of permeability and easy in the control of thickness of a plate in the manufacuture of a thin plate by forming from the thin plate of an amorphous magnetic alloy. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency magnetic core is made of the thin plate of an amorphous magetic alloy composed as shown by a formula (FeaCo1-a)100-yTx(Siz B1-z)y-x, (a), (x), (y) or (z) is 0 or a positive number respectively, 3<=a(100-y)<=7, 0<=x<=8, 0<=z<=0.5, y>=25-10z, y>=28-40z, y<=31.5-5z, y<=30 and T is at least one or more selected from Cr, Ti, Ru, Mn, Nb or Mo. The content of an iron group (Fe, Co) of the magnetic core is 70-80atm%. An Fe element is contained 3-7atm% and preferably 4-6 atm%. Magnetic distortion is greater and permeability is reduced outside of this range. T is at leaast one of Cr, Ru, Mn or Ti and 0-8atm% but 0-6atm% is desirable.
