The Vcc generator includes a voltage distributor having a node (N11), a reference voltage node and a node (N12) to induce constant voltage deferences, a charge supply unit controlled by the voltage level of (N11) to supply an output stage (HVcc) with charges, a charge discharging unit controlled by the voltage level of (N12) to discharge the charges of HVcc, and a voltage level maintaining unit having two differential amplifiers to compare the HVcc stage voltage level with the reference voltage node voltage level to maintain the HVcc stage voltage level uniformly, removing the unnecessary leakage path to reduce the leakage current.
