The present invention relates to an amidothiophosphate derivative represented by the formula II: <IMG> II in which R1 is a methyl group or an ethyl group; R2 is a n-propyl group or a sec-butyl group; R3 is a C1-C4 alkoxy group, a C1-C4 alkylthio group, phenyl group or a phenoxy group; and n represents 1 or 2, and an insecticide, a nematocide and an acaricide containing the same as an active ingredient.
