PURPOSE:To enable a speaker to call out freely the 2nd partner with own operation and to simplify the operation of the speaker, by connecting a common controller as well as a voice guidance/recognition device to an automatic switchboard storing plural extension telephones. CONSTITUTION:Extension telephones 11a-11c are stored into a switchboard 12, and the telephone 11a, for example, has a conversation with an outside person via an outside line trunk 14. When the talking is over with the telephone 11a, a call bus is restored by a common control path 15 between the trunk 14 and the telephone 11a together with connection secured for a call bus between the trunk 14 and a voice guidance/recognition device 13. Thus the device 14 is started. Then the number of the next telephone 11b is informed for talking with the voice guidance given from the device 13. Then a speaker to be transferred calls out freely the 2nd partner by his/her own operation when the conversation is over with the 1st partner. In such a way, the transfer service is improved. |
