PURPOSE:To improve separability of a diffusive dye or its precursor and to form a superior image with high sensitivity by incorporating a dye donor capable of forming or releasing the diffusive dye having no hydrophilic group or its precursor by heat development in a hydrophilic binder layer. CONSTITUTION:The heat developable color photosensitive material capable of forming a sharp color image good in contrast and free from stains due to heat transfer of the dye donor itself with high sensitivity is prepared by incorporating the dye donor A-B obtained by combining a coupler residue A represented by the formula (R1-R4 are each H, halogen, alkyl, optionally substd. aryl, acyl, carbamoyl, or the like) with a nondiffusive group B having a hydrophilic group through a linking group, such as -O-, -S-, -NHCO-, or -NHSO2-; or another dye donor C-D-E obtained by combining a dye residue E, such as azo type or anthraquinone type, as a hydrophobic group, through a linking group D like before with a coupler residue C. |
