PURPOSE:To enable to discriminate a reference pin clearly and form the back of a package without possibility of contamination of the front surface by forming the shape of a lead terminal to become a reference to be readily distinguished visually different from other lead terminal to display a reference lead terminal. CONSTITUTION:A circular hole 6 is opened as the shape different from other lead terminal to be distinguished in a transparent package 1 of a terminal to become a reference of lead terminal 4 such as the first pin 4A. In other words, a square hole 7 is, for example, opened at the terminal 4 except the first pin 4A of the reference lead terminal as the lead pattern or no hole is formed, while a circular hole 6 is formed only at the pin 4A. The lead pattern in the package can be clearly observed externally through the package 1, and can be read clearly distinctly from the shape of the other lead terminal. |
