PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive magnetoresistance element without necessity of advanced facility and technique by constructing by bonding a thin magntic plate formed in a perpendicular folding line pattern and a circuit forming substrate. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic thin plate of Co-Ni alloy which contains 30+ or -10% of Co and the residue of Ni is pressed or chemically etched to form a thin magnetic plate element pattern 61 perpendicular to the pattern of folding lines. The pattern 61 is positioned on a circuit board 6 of alumina, and assembled with bonding resin. The terminals 3, 4, 5 of the pattern 61 are welded to be connected with a board circuit 8. Since the pattern 61 formed of uniaxial anisotropic thin magnetic plate has a pattern made of perpendicular two molding line patterns, the variation in an element resistance proportional to the intensity of a magnetic field with respect to the magnetic field of all direction parallel to the element pattern surface can be produced. |
