PURPOSE:To manufacturae a paper card having no deviation in position relation between a top-surface and a reverse-surface images by forming the top-surface and reverse-surface images adjacently on one surface of the same sheet of base paper. CONSTITUTION:The top-surface image 2 and reverse-surface image 3 of the card are printed adjacently and plurally on one surface of sheet type base paper 1 and striped magnetic tape 4 are stuck on printed top-surface images 2. Then, the sheet type base paper 1 is set on a punching machine to punch respective images 2 and 3 on the basis of the formation positions of the magnetic tapes; and a half-cut folding part 5 is formed between images 2 and 3, thus manufacturing a both-sided card base material 6. Then, the reverse side of the card base material 6 is coated with an adhesive 7 and folded inward along the folding part 5, and the base material is pressed from both surfaces, which are stucked together, obtaining the card 8. Consequently, the top-surface image 2 and reverse-surface image 3 of the card 8 have no deviation in position relation and burrs formed during punching operation are hidden at the adhesive surface side and never appear on the external surface of the card 8, so the quality value of the card 8 is improved greatly. |
