CONSTITUTION:Compressed air flows that are revolved in opposite directions each other as shown by the arrows 13 and 14 from the air jet nozzles 11 and 12 act on the fiber bundle S, to form the balloon B. Width of the fiber bundle S, tension of the fiber bundle, and balloon diameter of the fiber bundle that is just sent from the front rollers 5 of a drafting device are set at values, respectively, to cause partially end breakage, and the cut fibers are wound round the other fibers S2 to give the spun yarn Y. |
